Corporate Filing Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to help expand our business into the Chicago area. CFS is a national filing and registered agent service in all 50 states and Washington, DC with our corporate headquarters based in Boston. We currently provide registered agent services to public and private companies throughout the United States, including venture capital funds, their portfolio companies, REITs, professional sports teams and holding companies. We also offer services directly to entrepreneurs through our website at www.filingsmadeeasy.com.
The ideal candidate will establish contact and visit Chicago area law firms and discuss how the firm’s transaction-related paralegals could engage Corporate Filing Solutions’ nationwide registered agent services for their clients.
This is a contracted position and compensation is performance-base
